Providing consultancy and research services to global biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, the requirements for Gaea were twofold:
Gaeabase; a critical path solution to take care of the day-to-day running of the business managing estimates, projects, staff, time and expenses logging and the sales ledger.
Conference Manager; a system to manage complex meetings and conferences. Including; meetings setup, delegate details, travel itineries, accommodation, venue planning, sessions and events.

Minster Services Group (FileMaker Pro v6.0 across 30+ franchisees throughout the UK)

Minster Services Group are a Birmingham based corporate franchise company with 37 industrial services franchises throughout the UK and a group turnover in excess of £30m. Their system is a fine mix of contract and human resources management and includes; contract management, staff management, marketing, order processing, lead tracking, action log, active year planner linked to payroll, payroll and Pre sales ledger.
